Job Title: Summer 2027 Intern - Process Engineering Summary: The Process Engineering Intern will support the site in improving operational efficiency, product quality, and safety through the application of continuous improvement methodologies. This role involves partnering with operators, engineers, and site leadership to identify challenges, analyze processes, and develop practical solutions that drive measurable results. Interns will gain hands-on exposure to manufacturing operations, process optimization, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration while contributing to real-world improvement initiatives. Students with prior manufacturing experience, proficiency in AutoCAD, and/or the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints will be particularly successful in this internship, as these skills will help them understand production processes, equipment layouts, and process improvement opportunities within a manufacturing environment....
