Projects Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer. Projects Inc. is a manufacturer of complex small machined components in the Aerospace and Power Systems industries and has been in business for over fifty years. The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for driving significant improvement in operational processes to improve productivity, quality, and safety in the manufacturing and supply chain areas of the business through the deployment of problem solving and lean methodologies. Responsibilities will include: Develop, evaluate, improve, and document manufacturing processes to meet our quality, cost and cycle-time and safety needs (including process control techniques) Conduct workflow analysis and make recommendations for improvement in part flow and shop layout.
