Job Summary: The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for developing and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost in an aluminum die casting environment. This position supports new product launches, troubleshooting of production issues, continuous improvement initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve operational goals. Key Responsibilities: Analyze, develop, and implement improvements in manufacturing methods, process flow, tooling, and equipment. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and collect data from the ERP system to support improvement initiatives and monitor project effectiveness.
