Location: Ancaster, ON, Canada (onsite) Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It: Assisting in the implementation of standardized work instructions and other Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement projects. What You'll Be Doing: Work in compliance with Johnson Electric Production Systems Ensuring the adherence to ISO 45001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, ISO 9001 all Johnson Electric policies and any other industry standards in all activities Interaction with production operators, technicians and other key resources to assist with the documentation, standardization and improvement of processes Assist and create mechanical drawings using Auto cad, Solidworks etc. Create and Update work instructions, Tooling documents etc Create and Update our PM system Work in our tool room on tooling set up Place tools in our tooling Matrix system Conduct PM's on fixtures Coordinate continuous improvement initiatives...
