Position Summary: The Design Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and improving smoker products and related components from concept through production. This role works closely with manufacturing, sourcing, quality, and marketing teams to ensure products are functional, manufacturable, cost-effective, and aligned with brand standards. The Design Engineer supports both new product development and continuous improvement initiatives in a high-mix manufacturing environment.
