Position Summary: The Refrigeration Engineer serves as the primary technical resource for refrigeration systems across engineering and manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for supporting product design, improving production processes, and ensuring refrigeration systems are assembled, tested, and commissioned to meet quality and performance expectations. In addition to providing engineering support, the Refrigeration Engineer plays a key role in workforce development by delivering technical training, mentoring HVAC technicians, and promoting best practices throughout the manufacturing environment.
