Description Job Summary: Work alongside EITs, Project Engineers and Project Managers, learning how to design private sites and assist in the development of construction drawings, specifications and construction contract documents for mixed use retail, multi-family- warehouse and single-family residential development projects within and outside Municipal Utility Districts (MUDs) that include paving, grading, drainage, water distribution lines, wastewater collection lines, and other related items. Has a knowledge of CAD and ability to learn EHRA standards Can work independently to set up base drawings with utilities, following City and County standards. Performs one-line design of utilities, roadways, detention and grading for multiple projects. Demonstrate knowledge of basic design standards, including state and local regulations and criteria, and effectively apply them.
