J ob Summary The Engineer I is part of a unit designing excavation shoring projects, working under a Professional Engineer. Ensures that engineering design, complies with the project objective and contractual requirements i.e. project schedule, company standards, and procedures. Key Responsibilities Design excavation shoring plans. Provide advice and assistance to personnel on all matters about engineering. Solve customer needs with equipment rented and designed by NTS. Communicate with Sales on the best solution for the customer's needs. Plan, schedule, and provide work direction when required for preparation of designs, processes, and related data. Bring elements of a project together, makes certain that all elements proceed satisfactorily on schedule and initiates corrective action as required. Other responsibilities as assigned.
