Description Job Summary: Work alongside EITs, Project Engineer and Project Managers, learning how to design communities and assist in the development of construction drawings, specifications and construction contract documents for single-family residential development projects within and outside Municipal Utility Districts (MUDs) that include paving, grading, drainage, water distribution lines, wastewater collection lines, and other related items. Has a knowledge of CAD and EHRA standards. Can work independently to set up base drawings with utilities, following City and County standards. Performs one-line design of utilities, roadways, detention and grading for multiple projects.
