Position Summary: Assists the Product Engineering team in developing new products. Position Requirements: Read Engineering drawings, schematic diagrams, or formulas and converse with team members to determine required outputs. Identify and perform tests at specified product development stages, and test product characteristics such as dimensional, performance, mechanical, electrical or chemical in nature. Evaluate data and write concise reports that can be used to validate or indicate required deviations from existing standards. Assist in new product development by sourcing components, building and assembling parts, and testing and collecting pertinent data.
