Seeking a hands-on manufacturing engineer to support operations in our busy roll forming production facility. Ideal candidates will be safety-minded and have experience with programming robots, robotic lead-controlled plasma cutters, tool path generation and design. Work with multidisciplinary teams to determine automation opportunities and solutions for project needs. Support existing automation and tooling as well as identifying improvement opportunities. Recommend and implement improvements, modifications or additions to document work. Review product development requirements for compatibility with processing methods to determine costs and schedules. Ensure Machine requirements are specified, documented and all critical process controls are managed. Prioritize safety and ergonomics in designs.
