Process / Project Engineer Healthy Pet - Manufacturing Facility Reports To: Head of Engineering FLSA Status: Exempt Build It. Improve It. Own It. Healthy Pet is looking for a technically rigorous Process / Project Engineer to drive manufacturing performance through structured problem solving, data analysis and disciplined project execution. This hybrid role integrates real-time process optimization with end-to-end capital project leadership inside a production environment. The Process / Project Engineer will operate on the plant floor, diagnosing process variability, eliminating root causes of performance losses and implementing sustainable corrective actions. In parallel they will scope, justify and execute capital initiatives that improve throughput, yield, equipment reliability, safety, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
