Civil Engineer 1 - Municipal Position Purpose: The Civil Engineer 1 will provide design and plan production for general civil design on a wide variety of municipal infrastructure projects which may include storm, sanitary, water, local roads, site plans, recreational facilities, and associated civil engineering activities. The civil engineer will perform complex assignments exercising judgment in evaluation, selection, and modification of standard engineering techniques and procedures.
