Bal Seal Engineering is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer II who will be responsible for actively supporting day-to-day production by resolving manufacturing issues, reviewing Bills of Materials (BOMs), routers, costing, Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), and Engineering Orders (EOs). This position is responsible for implementing process improvements and sustaining manufacturing initiatives, including the design and development of fixtures, jigs, tooling, and manual manufacturing processes. The Manufacturing Engineer II will support the maintenance, specification, validation, installation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing equipment while partnering closely with Engineering, Operations, and Production to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity.
