About the Position As a senior level Team Lead in the Renewable Civil group, you will be responsible for managing a team comprised of engineers, drafters, and/or technicians. As a Team Lead, your primary responsibility will be the accurate, timely, and quality completion of Solar Photovoltaic scopes assigned to the team. This includes site planning, grading, stormwater modeling, erosion control design, hydrology analysis, development of SWPPPs, BMPs, site permitting, and stormwater reports.
