The City of Lancaster is seeking a Stormwater Engineer II. The position performs professional civil engineering work related to the City stormwater utility program, including review of City capital improvement projects, residential subdivision developments, and commercial/industrial developments for compliance with the stormwater regulations and NPDES permit, and associated duties. Position reports to Stormwater Manager. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Civil Engineering design, writing, specifications, and associated duties primarily in the stormwater utility area, including but not limited to the wastewater utility, water utility, and highway areas.
