Job Description The goal of this position is to ensure the consistent delivery of operational processes and results. The person in this role will conduct studies to improve efficiency and establish a standard production rate in the performance of people operations. Additionally, they will provide support and troubleshooting for current operations. They will investigate, gather, and analyze data regarding the sequence of operations and workflow to improve efficiencies on-site, including equipment layouts.
