Description Position at MacAllister Machinery Position Summary This position leads the engineering and technical functions responsible for designing power packages and solutions for OEM customers. Position Duties/Responsibilities Primary Responsibilities: Plan, manage and coordinate all aspects OEM engineering disciplines, including but not limited to: new power package designs, vendor approvals, engineering change management, validations, and application engineering approvals Manages day to day productivity of Engineering team. Provides technical and application support with respect to Caterpillar and other power products for customers, contractors, salesmen, and the parts and service departments.
