Position Summary The Engineering Manager of Project Engineering leads the planning, design, and execution of engineering projects across distribution and fulfillment operations. This role is responsible for delivering facility, automation, and process improvement projects that support operational performance, scalability, cost control, and service commitments. Acting as the bridge between technical engineering disciplines and business objectives, the Engineering Manager oversees the full project lifecycle-from concept and design through implementation and handoff to operations-while managing teams, budgets, schedules, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
