Job Function: Serves as primary mechanical engineering resource to paper maintenance team. Leads technical design-outs of known issues. Provides project leadership to new capital equipment installation, retrofits, major maintenance, or reliability improvement efforts. Provides mechanical training to maintenance technicians to improve team member development and skill depth. Provides support to Paper Maintenance Pay for Skills program to assist with training efforts within the team. Ensures that the Paper Maintenance Pay for Skills system fully supports the Safety, Quality, Housekeeping, and maintenance goals for the long-term sustainability of the program.
