Job Summary: The Manufacturing Engineer II (ME II) is responsible for leading, implementing and measuring day-to-day, and longer-term improvements to our products, processes and overall capabilities during product development, transition to manufacturing and sustained production. They partner with all stakeholders, including design engineering, production, supply chain, test and calibration and quality to identify and quantify improvement needs and opportunities, and develop and execute plans to achieve agreed-to goals. They develop financial models to quantify overall improvement as a function of required investment(s) and collaborate as needed to ensure the financial goals are met.
