We are seeking an experienced Manufactured Home Engineer to support the design, engineering, and construction of manufactured homes. This position will be responsible for ensuring home designs, plans, specifications, and construction methods meet applicable federal, state, and local requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in manufactured housing and a working knowledge of HUD Code, International Residential Code (IRC), and International Building Code (IBC). Essential Duties & Responsibilities Develop, review, and revise engineering drawings, floor plans, construction details, and specifications for manufactured homes.
