Henderson Products, Inc. a division of Douglas Dynamics, is seeking a summer intern for 2026 who will be responsible for working on a predetermined set of continuous improvement projects to support Operations, Engineering, and other areas. These projects will be further determined in early 2026, but will target efforts to remove roadblocks, make process improvements, and simplify and standardize the work that is performed. Working Conditions: Normal office environments, as well as exposure to temperature fluctuation, noise and weld & grinding smoke when working in production area.
