POSITION SUMMARY: The Process Engineer is responsible for process design, developing and maintaining operational efficiencies, and leading the training and implementation of processes for one or more Value Streams in manufacturing. This includes evaluating and documenting current processes, designing and documenting improvements, training associates, and taking ownership of implementing each new process. The role also involves identifying opportunities for continuous improvement across operations, justifying and implementing new capital equipment to support process enhancements and production capabilities, and serving as the subject matter expert for key and core manufacturing processes to ensure technical excellence and consistency in execution.
