Job Description: Permian Resources is seeking a highly skilled Senior Power Systems Engineer to own the design, optimization, and execution of all power infrastructure across our upstream operations. This role is a technical cornerstone of our Facilities team and plays a critical part in our long-term electrification and emissions reduction strategy. The ideal candidate blends engineering rigor with commercial awareness-comfortable in the weeds of system design but able to see the full picture. Key Responsibilities: System Design & Optimization Design and engineer electrical systems for operations, including distribution lines, substations, switchgear, MCCs, transformers, and backup generation. Evaluate and recommend optimal solutions for grid vs. generator power on new developments.
