Job Description: Permian Resources is seeking a highly skilled Senior Power Systems Engineer to own the design, optimization, and execution of all power infrastructure across our upstream operations. This role is a technical cornerstone of our Facilities team and plays a critical part in our long-term electrification and emissions reduction strategy. The ideal candidate blends engineering rigor with commercial awareness-comfortable in the weeds of system design but able to see the full picture. The Senior Structural Engineer coordinates closely with the Piping, Mechanical and Electrical groups. Design of foundations and steel framing to support equipment and utilities. Work will also include the design of foundations and superstructures for platforms, walkways, and other elevated structures. The Senior Structural Engineer reports to the Structural Discipline Manager. Completed technical work is reviewed by senior management before being presented to the client.
