About the Opportunity: Saratech is seeking an Additive Manufacturing Engineer. Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications, experience, and abilities: Salary Range: $70,000 - $100,000 Duties and Responsibilities: Efficiently operate all 3D printers. Must be willing to drive between Saratech HQ and 3D printing lab regularly. Perform print service operations. Generate quotes, prepare print jobs, and produce quality parts for print service customers. Produce quality benchmark and sample parts for the pre-sales process. Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on 3D printing equipment. Open and manage support cases for customers. Perform on-site installations, break fixes, customer training, and configuration of 3D printing equipment. Diagnose and resolve problems related to hardware, software, and workflow on customer sites.
