Position Summary We are seeking a Senior NPD Design Engineer to serve as the technical leader of the New Product Development team in the engineering department. In this pivotal role, you will own the end-to-end evolution of our next-generation product lines, driving innovation in positive displacement gear and screw pump technologies. You will act as the primary liaison between Business Development, QA, and Operations, ensuring that every design is optimized for performance, quality, and manufacturability. Working in close partnership with the Director of Engineering and the Test System Engineering Manager, you will translate complex market requirements into precision-engineered realities, shaping the future of our product portfolio and market presence.
