Job Description The Design Engineer I uses engineering techniques to design, maintain, or improve new or existing products and/or components for engineering projects within the area of assigned responsibility. This position will serve Rheem North America , located in Montgomery, AL (Hybrid). This role follows our hybrid work arrangement, with team members working in the office Monday through Thursday and remotely on Fridays. Responsibilities Analyzes engineering sketches, specifications and related data and drawings to determine design factors such as size, shape and arrangement of parts.
