ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Creates and prepares drawings (topographical, plan, profile) to be used in construction projects such as water lines, sewage lines, and some storm sewers. Drafting of engineering plans; preparing construction plans for large capital projects of water, wastewater, and stormwater replacements and associated easements and permit drawings.
