Job Purpose Coordinates, organizes, supervises, and directs all methods and engineering activities involved with manufacturing parts from routings through to shipping. Supervises plant's tool crib. Sustains production in a continuous improvement environment, including sustaining engineering, impact on process improvements, maintenance, and expansions.
