POSITION SUMMARY The CNC machining Senior Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for developing, improving, and supporting CNC machining processes to ensure efficient, high-quality, and cost-effective production. This role bridges engineering design with hands-on shop floor operations-overseeing CNC programming, tooling, fixturing, process documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Create, optimize, and maintain CNC programs (G-code) using CAD/CAM software. Develop machining processes for new and existing parts, including sequence planning, feeds/speeds, and toolpath strategies. Generate setup sheets, work instructions, and process documentation for machinists. Design or specify custom fixtures, jigs, and workholding solutions that ensure repeatability and precision.
