Summary: This position will be focused on providing support to new product integration and sustain current boat products built within the Cobalt facility, to demonstrate proficiency in technical support, and be able to lead engineering projects. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Lead new product running at production and provide training. Create and provide Engineering Standards (Engineering Documentation). Identify customer problems and create functional prototypes offering solutions. Review existing product design and identify weaknesses. Propose, implement, and monitor effectiveness of improvements Source parts as required, manage vendors issues as needed. Build early concepts of parts designs and thoroughly test them for validation.
