POSITION SUMMARY: The Marine Engineer develops, designs, and engineers marine systems, components, and related manufacturing methods. This role champions process improvements aligned with company standards and manages hands-on product development, from CAD design to prototype fabrication and production trials. The Marine Engineer ensures high standards of quality, reliability, and safety in manufacturing while actively engaging in problem solving, prototyping, and shop floor support. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Initiates, manages, and completes engineering projects involving existing and prototype products. Manages overall construction and timelines for new product programs.
