Responsibilities: Performs office and field engineering work involved in the planning, scoping, designing, permitting, and rehabilitating or constructing roads, intersections, streetscapes, site/civil improvements, water supply systems, sanitary sewer collection and conveyance, stormwater management, parks and recreation facilities, public buildings, and grounds improvements. Familiar with New Jersey Administrative Codes, Local Public Contracts Law, and Municipal Land Use codes and regulations.
