Overview SUMMARY : The Global Factory Service engineer serves as a representative between Global Yamaha Distributors and the YMMC factory. This position will represent YMMC product lines which include ATV/ ROV, Golf Car or Wave-runner, coordinates with the Global Distributors to analyze the scope and importance of market problems in their region and serves as their ambassador by communicating this information to the Factory. When Factory resolutions are implemented, he/she communicates those resolutions back to the Global Distributors. This position provides recommendations for product improvement through various joint activities with Factory members, provides market feedback and offers maintenance ability ideas to Factory teams during new model development.
