The Sr. Systems Engineer will work with the rest of Our Next Energy's product development team to develop the system design and requirements for battery packs. They will be responsible for the battery design on a high abstraction layer from concept to production. They should maintain a holistic understanding of the entire battery pack. This includes ensuring that all elements-E/E hardware, software, and mechanical components-are properly integrated. They are also responsible for making sure customer requirements are fully cascaded and satisfied.
