About the Role The Process Engineer plays a critical role in strengthening Hoffmaster's manufacturing capabilities by designing, improving, and optimizing production processes. You'll partner across operations, engineering, and quality to enhance equipment run ability, improve product reliability, and support new equipment and product launches.
