STV is currently seeking a Land Development Civil Engineer for its Buildings group in Owings Mills, MD , which is currently the civil engineer of record for such high-profile projects as Harborplace and Baltimore Peninsula in Baltimore, MD. The candidate will collaborate on a wide variety of projects including conceptual master plans, schools, mixed-use, office buildings, industrial buildings, housing/apartment projects, commercial buildings, and civil/site structures. The position will allow the individual to collaborate with our civil design team preparing documents associated with a wide variety of land development projects within the Baltimore Metropolitan area.
