Role overview: Contract role: 12 months Pay: $30-$35/hr on W2 Responsibilities : Creates and validates 2D/3D models and technical drawings while managing detailed packaging specifications within internal systems. Engineers primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging solutions for the Hair category, ensuring they meet performance, quality, and cost standards. Leads functional, laboratory, and transit testing to confirm package integrity and develops mitigation plans for identified technical risks.
