The successful candidate will oversee Vertical Arburg (14-28 ton) and Horizontal Milacron (33-110 ton) machines, driving automation, process optimization, and team development to achieve world-class manufacturing performance. Essential Responsibilities • Lead and mentor process and stamping engineers in high-precision molding operations. • Develop, program, and troubleshoot Arburg and Milacron molding equipment. • Implement scientific molding, automation, and material reprocessing to reduce waste. • Oversee tooling and equipment sourcing to meet cost, technology, and lead-time goals. • Ensure tight-tolerance production (±0.001" typical, ±0.0005" critical). •...
