Position Summary The GTS Repair Engineer is responsible for providing technical leadership and engineering support for the inspection, repair, refurbishment, modernization, and reliability improvement of turbomachinery and rotating equipment processed through the RMS Bay Area Boulevard (BAB) Repair Center. This position combines traditional repair engineering with advanced technologies including metrology, 3D laser scanning, reverse engineering, virtual assembly, digital work packages, and digital twin methodologies to improve repair quality, reduce turnaround times, and deliver innovative solutions to RMS customers. The GTS Repair Engineer serves as the technical link between customers, project management, operations, field services, metrology, quality, and manufacturing teams.
