The Design and Production Engineer I plays a key role in bridging design and production-developing CAD models, enhancing manufacturing processes, and supporting ISO 9001 quality systems. Collaborating across operations, maintenance, and quality, this position helps drive innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement in a dynamic manufacturing environment. MAIN FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES Design Engineering (40%) Develop and update 2D/3D CAD models and technical drawings (SolidWorks/AutoCAD). Maintain BOMs, part numbers, and technical documentation. Support engineering change orders, prototyping, and part qualification. Collaborate with production, sales, and quality teams on manufacturability and functionality.
