Scope of the Role Join the hidalgo county regional mobility authority (HCRMA), along with the City of Pharr. The Design Engineer delivers in-house civil design packages that support safe, compliant transportation and drainage projects for the community. This position ensures plans and technical documentation align with TxDOT, municipal, and standard design practices. Key responsibilities include preparing drainage studies; developing roadway, pavement, and bridge designs; producing complex technical reports; and coordinating design inputs with internal staff and external stakeholders.
