General Summary: The Engineering Technician supports process engineering by executing hands-on tasks related to prototype development, new product introduction (NPI), tooling & fixture fabrication, and equipment setup. This role assists in the new product introduction process, supports addressing quality issues, assists in process optimization, and performs technical tasks under the direction of engineering staff.
