Summary Under minimal supervision, the Senior Connector Design Engineer will lead the design and development of advanced RF and microwave components and assemblies for industry-leading product lines across some of the world's most demanding markets and applications. This role involves developing innovative solutions for connectors, adapters, cable assemblies, antennas, and other RF/microwave products that meet stringent performance requirements in applications ranging from submarine environments to interstellar space. The engineer will manage complex projects from concept through production, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate cross functionally to support aggressive growth initiatives.
