Responsibilities • Conduct electrical design reviews of non-standard winding specifications. • Design and review custom configurations, including winding/coil designs, electrical clearances, fuse coordination, and electrical material substitutions. • Interface with customers on local and industry specifications, participate in industrial committees and technical events as needed. • Provide knowledge and compliance evaluation to industry standards such as IEEE, ANSI, DOE Efficiency, CSA, and IEC. • Lead R&D efforts, drive product improvement, and support cost reduction initiatives. • Coordinate with manufacturing to resolve process issues...
