Job Description: JOB PURPOSE: The Senior Project Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic and tactical capital engineering projects across multiple manufacturing sites. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. The Senior PM serves as a cross-functional leader, collaborating with engineering, operations, maintenance, procurement, and leadership teams to deliver high-impact improvements in manufacturing performance, capacity, safety, and quality. This role requires a solid background in project development and management in manufacturing environments in CPG and/or the pet food industry.
