Kleinschmidt has a full-time opening for a Project Engineer to support the design and construction of fish passage projects from our either of our Maine and/or our Strasburg, PA offices. If you are interested in using your engineering background to work on important projects that make a real difference, then this may be the job for you. An ideal candidate would enjoy the challenge of combining sound engineering fundamentals with creative thinking to solve unique problems. Salary: $95,000 - $112,000 annually Who You Are A licensed Professional Engineer (or commitment to becoming one) with a BS or BSc and a minimum of 6 years' experience in fisheries engineering or a closely related field. Previous experience with fisheries engineering work is preferred, but candidates with a structural (concrete and steel) design background who are interested in focusing on the fish passage design fields would be considered.
