Job Description The Design Engineering Manager leads and continuously improves the operating model for predictable, high-quality execution of design engineering across sustaining, engineering change, and product development. This role oversees engineering workflows, systems, data governance, and team performance to ensure efficient execution from intake through release, trusted engineering data, and scalable operations. Success is measured by execution predictability, data integrity, and team effectiveness.
